How it's made | Produced from predominantly Barbera grapes, blended with a quantity of Pinot Nero, grown in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Short pre-fermentation maceration on skins at a low temperature followed by gentle pressing. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures. |
