A fresh and food-friendly rosé packed with cherry fruit.
80% Barbera, 20% Pinot Nero
|How it's made||
Produced from predominantly Barbera grapes, blended with a quantity of Pinot Nero, grown in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Short pre-fermentation maceration on skins at a low temperature followed by gentle pressing. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures.
Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate there are ripe plum and cherry characters giving good weight, all balanced by juicy, crisp acidity.
Great with salads and light pasta dishes.
Contains sulfites and no other allergens
