|How it's made||
Grapes are sourced from Murviedro's nearly 750 acres of vineyards, with a further 3700 that they control in the area. They use temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Fresh peach and citrus aromas follow onto the bright, fresh palate. Here ripe stone fruit and gooseberry notes combine with mineral characters to add texture.
Salads, fish dishes and vegetable risottos.
