A delicate pink fizz with light berry fruit flavors. Mainly from grapes grown in the Veneto region, to which 5% Piemonte Brachetto juice is added to enhance the color and the red fruit characters.
95% Glera, 5% Brachetto
| How it's made | Gentle pneumatic pressing – Garganega with 5% Brachetto juice added. Followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in tank, lasting four weeks. |
