|How it's made||
Fermentation took place between 82ºF to 86ºF (28ºC to 30ºC) with ten days on the skins and daily pumping over. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was transferred to Adria's cellars where it is then bottled.
A medium bodied, everyday drinking red with aromas of red berry and damson fruit. Fresh and lively on the palate with ripe berry fruit balanced by tangy acidity and quite firm tannins leading to a warm, spicy finish.
Ideal with simple pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan or with tomato based sauces.
Contains sulfites and no other allergens
