Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio, 2019
The Badalisc is a mythical creature of the Val Camonica, in the southern central Alps. Perfect to represent this wine!
100% Pinot Grigio
How it's made | A nice selection of premium quality grapes were hand harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli region in northern Italy. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed. The juice is then allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 61ºF to 64ºF (16ºC to 18ºC) in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends three to six months on fine lees before bottling. |

Tasting Notes | This is a nice ripe and textural Pinot Grigio. Apple aromas with hints of honey and peach hit the nose. On the palate the wine is textural with layers of orchard fruit, spice and fresh citrus acidity. |
Food Match | This wine pairs nicely with a Caesar salad or pasta dishes with salmon or chicken. |
