| How it's made | From Barbera and some Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Monferrato hills in Piemonte. Short pre-fermentation maceration on skins at a low temperature is followed by gentle pressing. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures with cultured yeasts. |
