Eberbach Monastery stands for a winemaking tradition that goes back more than 850 years. The monks recognized early on that they could produce excellent wines from the Riesling grape under the climatic conditions of the Rheingau. In this sense, the winery still maintains the centuries-old tradition of growing Riesling grapes. Our vineyard manager chose vineyards for our off-dry Riesling, which bring perfectly ripe grapes year after year, to provide the most fruit accented Rheingau Riesling. ? The estate wines are quality wines with a regional character of our grape varieties from the Rheingau and the Hessische Bergstrase.
