The wine estate of the Eberbach Monastery, the latter of which was founded in 1136 by St. Bernhard of Clairvaux (Burgundy) has, through its tireless pursuit of quality, made wine history. This centuries-old tradition has led the Eberbach Monastery to become the largest German estate already by the 15th century. Our vineyard manager chose vineyards for our dry Riesling, which bring the ripest grapes year after year, to provide the typical fruit accented Rheingau Riesling. ? The estate wines are quality wines with a regional character of our grape varietiesfrom the Rheingau and the Hessische Bergstrase.
