- The blanc de blancs is 100% chardonnay from the exceptional 2018 vintage. A perfect growing season in England produced a vintage of high yields and outstanding quality, with grapes harvested with tremendous flavour concentration. It was the first time we made a blanc de blancs and we chose chardonnay lots that had purity, clarity of fruit, minerality and the finesse for long ageing.
