Fresh, ripe cherry and plum aromas lead to a juicy fruit palate with hints of spice, light tannins and balanced acidity

From Garnacha grapes grown on poor, stony soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountains, harvested in the first half of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 71oF and 79oF (22oC and 26oC) with seven to twelve days maceration.
