- Black fruits and berries, vanilla and steel notes on the nose. Medium body with fine tannins, it is creamy, with a fruity character, slightly crystallized. We recommend consuming it at a temperature between: 15o-18o.
- Vineyard planted in 1938. Old masal selection vines, planted in high density (7200 plants per hectare) and with a yield of of 2 plants per bottle. Flood irrigation. Mix of stony sandy loam soil, silty loam soil and frank clay soil. Manual, during first fortnight of March 2020. Reception at the winery in boxes of 18 kilos, simple selection. PROCESS: Cold maceration during 7 days at 10o C. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts during 30 days at 27-29o in concrete tanks without epoxy and 4 daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in 500 liters 3rd use French oak barrels during 25 days. Aged for 12 months in the same barrels and 3 more months in concrete tanks without epoxy.
