Alluring aromas of violet give way to a palate of complex fruit and spice with a robust structure.

The grapes for this cuvée were harvested from 40 year old vines. The Syrah grapes were de-stemmed and macerated in tank. Aging takes place predominantly in stainless steel with a fifth aged in oak.
