- Aromas of crushed red berries and appealing soft fruity flavors. Dry with plenty of fruit and with some crunchy acidity on the finish. This is an easy drinking fresh Rose with real character.
- Vinified from the local Tanat grape variety with some Cabernet Franc and Merlot, harvested fully ripe in October. The secret of modern Rose vinification is to capture all the delicate aromatics and flavors of red grape varieties but then to cool vinify the pale-colored juice with all the expertise of white wine vinifcation.
