Pasquiers Grenache Noir, 2016
A textbook fruity southern red, fresh and lush with no hard edges.
100% Grenache Noir
|How it's made||
Guillaume Létang, one of Boutinot's winemakers based in France, cleverly sourced some of the juiciest fruit in the Languedoc to produce this wine. No oak is used in the vinification.
The black Grenache from the deep South of France is steeped in texture and character. Rich black fruit and sweet spice on the nose with more intense berry fruit and liquorice on the palate.
An ideal partner to Mediterranean cooking, olives, crusty bread and tasty cheese, roasted vegetables and herb infused red meats.
