The majority of the wine was fermented and held in stainless steel, temperature controlled, tanks with only 15% being aged in old French oak barrels. (302 cases produced)
Brilliant shades of yellow and flashes of green in color. Pretty aromas of fig, cashew, sweet peach and a hint of French oak lead to a citrus-fig combination on the palate. A harmonious finish of creamy texture and mouth feel with balanced acidity lures you back for another sip!
Serve lightly chilled with roasted white meats, shell fish or some teriyaki tofu.
