|How it's made||
From naturally low-yielding vines planted in the year 2000 (49 acres/ 20 hectares). Traditional fermentation in mainly stainless steel and temperature controlled tanks.
Deliciously long, bright, textural Pinot full of summer fruits. The palate is bursting with redcurrant, raspberry and wild strawberries with a mild hint of spice.
Awesome with ribs, lamb, roasted vegetables or slightly chilled as an aperitif.
Contains sulfites and no other allergens
