A nicely balanced, supple, fresh Garnacha from Spain!
|How it's made||
Grapes are picked from vineyards that are around 30 years old. Maceration lasts between 3 to 4 days in total. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 72 to 75 degrees F.
Fresh on the nose with fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry and some floral notes as well. This is a full bodied wine that is well structured with a smooth and long after taste. It is a young ruby red wine with violet hues.
This wine would go really well with most meats. Try with a nice roast or lamb, or a meaty pasta dish.
